The Before and After School Enrichment Program is located at Roosevelt Elementary School in San Leandro, near Highway 580. The center is licensed to care for 150 children, kindergarten to 12 years of age.

We pride ourselves on delivering quality enrichment activities that includes: Homework and Book Club. Recognizing that each child is unique, we strive to provide our services in a culturally and linguistically sensitive manner. From our specialized staff to our superior staff to child ratio, Roosevelt offers quality care.

Our commitment to the child extends to the family and to that end, we engage the parents and caregivers, offering a variety of supportive service, both at the center and also at our Family Resource Center, located less than one mile away. This support includes: food, clothing, job training/placement, mental health, free medical care, educational/nutritional workshops and a holiday basket program.
